StepOut is a trainee program for young adults (20+). The purpose of sending out young people through the StepOut Programme is to give them a greater understanding of the world in which we live and the different conditions that people have. We also want to present positive examples and ways of solving the problems they meet. We would also like to strengthen interest in Christian missionary work and give an insight into what it involves in practice. Furthermore, we would like to increase knowledge about the InterAct and SAM (The Swedish Alliance Mission) organisations and their various projects.
